Savannah Gateway West is located just 11 miles from downtown Savannah.  The project is a 103 acre commercial master-planned property with extensive frontage from Interstate 95 and State Road 21.  Highway 21 into Savannah is experiencing tremendous residential growth, as well as, major traffic to and from the Savannah Ports.  The current concept plan is configured with 768,000 square feet of retail/commercial uses.  The property has approximately 1,929 linear feet of exposure from the Interstate 95 and 2,366 linear feet frontage from State Road 21.  The total traffic count is 96,000 vehicles per day.
