Russ Mills - Executive Vice President / Director of Development
Mr. Mills has been a Professional Civil Engineer for over 30 years.  He has been involved in the development and site analysis of over 100 single and multi-family, commercial and mixed use projects. Mr. Mills brings many years of expertise in reviewing and analyzing development projects.

Dan Robison - Senior Vice President / Director of Marketing
Mr. Robison's expertise comes from over 30 years in the field of residential and commercial real estate acquisition, development, construction and sales. Mr. Robison has been a key player in the development of numerous successful residential communities throughout Florida. He serves as Director of sales, acquisitions and marketing.

Dr. Wolfgang Duren - Vice President
Dr. Dueren has been involved in managing large scale residential and commercial land development projects since 1978. His experience covers all aspects of the development process, including financing and taxation structures.
