Southeast Orlando contains the largest assemblage of undeveloped land in the MSA. The 4,200 acre Holland Ranch lies at the center of this expanse. Eight miles east of the Orlando International Airport and less than 15 minutes to downtown Orlando, this site is poised to be home to thousands of new residents, schools, and retail/commercial sites.

The Alafaya Trail road extension (Innovation Way) has been given top priority by Orange County government. This new boulevard, planned through the property, will connect the University of Central Florida and the University Research Park with the Orlando International Airport and the new Lake Nona Medical/Research Park, and will open this area up to monumental expansion.
