Bridgeton Harbor

Bridgeton Harbor is planned to be a maritime and residential retreat with coastal character and New England-style charm.  Bridgeton Harbor is envisioned as a vibrant village with gift shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and hotel accommodations.  Central to the community, Bridgeton Harbor Town Center and Town Hall will be a gathering place for neighborly interaction and community events such as art shows, concerts and festivals.  Residences from condominiums and town homes to hamlets of single-family homes, all sharing the coastal New England architectural style, will be offered.  Elegantly appointed condominiums, some with wide verandas overlooking the marina, will be at the forefront of development.

Bridgeton Harbor Yacht Club & Marina

Bridgeton Harbor Marina will be a safe haven for boaters.  The deepwater marina is planned to be a state of the art floating dock installation with enhancements such as electrical systems designed to handle the demands of luxury yachts, wireless internet, satellite TV and amenities including dock carts, storage, laundry and shower facilities.  The Bridgeton Harbor Marina will have the capacity to handle 129 yachts and pleasure crafts varying in size from 40’ to over 100’.  Transient dockage will accommodate a vessel up to 150’.

The Bridgeton Harbor Yacht Club offers boaters a full complement of first-class boating amenities, the semi-private club will be the center of social activity at this nautical paradise.  Upstairs from the yacht club there will be 19 luxury condominiums most with balconies that will overlook the river vista and allow you to enjoy the remarkable sunset.  With its majestic marina frontage, the yacht club will be an exclusive but comfortable place where friends gather to dine and relax.
